My approach draws on more than 25 years in corporate leadership, executive coaching and development. This is a high-performance inner-work environment designed for people who operate at the top of their fields and are ready to go further.

Using a carefully designed program , and through guided breathwork and focused inquiry, we bring attention beneath the surface where tension, patterns and beliefs quietly shape how we think, lead and perform.
