Map Your Inner World
You are capable and driven, yet keep meeting the same challenge in new places. You are not stuck for lack of drive: something is in the way, and it stays invisible until it is named.
Momentum names it. It reads you the way I read a client in a session, and shows where you are open and where something is held back. Where most assessments leave you with no next steps, the playbook guides you through yours: choose three priorities, run a real experiment for each, and work through what comes up. Work with it on your own, or bring it into coaching with me if you want support to act on it.

Where You Keep Getting Stuck
- Pattern #1
The Same Loop, Everywhere You Go
New role, new plan, same challenge. The pattern isn’t in the job. It travels with you.
- Pattern #2
Doing It All Right, Feeling Nothing Much
The results are real, but the meaning is locked out. It works on the surface and drains you underneath.
- Pattern #3
You Care Deeply. You Keep It In
The feeling is strong but the action never quite comes. What stays held in doesn’t fade. It builds.
- Pattern #4
You Know the Pattern. It Fires Anyway
You can name the reaction but not what drives it, so knowing hasn’t stopped it.
- Pattern #5
Something’s Off, and You Can’t Name It
You’ve sensed it for years. Until it’s named precisely, you can’t work with it.
- Pattern #6
Winning Outside, Running on Empty
Performance can run ahead of presence for a long time. It looks like success and costs like effort.
Different Rooms. Same Profile
Lead from what’s actually happening inside you, not around you
Leadership amplifies whatever is underneath. Momentum shows what is driving your reactions, and the inner conditions that shift the room before any technique ever does.
- Three priorities to work on, not 30
- Move from reactive management to intentional presence
- The inner shifts that change outer results
The company can only go as far as the founder’s inner world will allow
Many bottlenecks, ceilings and repeat patterns in the business trace back to something inside the founder. Momentum surfaces what’s driving decisions under pressure, and where growth is quietly capped by the one person who can’t step outside themselves to see it.
- See the inner drag behind stuck strategies and team issues
- What drives your decisions under pressure
- Where the company’s ceiling is actually yours
Understand the patterns running your career before they run you
High performers hit the same ceilings, repeat the same dynamics, and wonder why. Momentum makes the invisible architecture visible: the drivers behind how you work, and what’s been holding you back from the next level.
- See the root drivers of performance and progression
- Language for what you’ve sensed but couldn’t articulate
- A map for the next chapter of your career

From Stuck to Clear
The diagnostic had powerful insights, paired with challenging questions in a kind, respectful approach. I found deeper awareness and understanding.
The process was remarkably accurate and powerful. It gave me new language to articulate what wasn’t fully conscious for me in where I’m flourishing and where I’m constrained. This awareness is essential for growth.
The diagnostic highlighted my growth potential and priorities in a way I had not seen before. The results, model and supporting resources made it easy to continue my growth.
This didn’t feel like a diagnostic output, it felt like my truth brought to the surface.
The tool confirmed things I’d been sensing but couldn’t articulate. It’s helped me reconnect with myself.
Frequently Asked Questions
I’ve done assessments before, what’s different?
I built Momentum from my 1:1 work with clients. Every pillar gets four questions, on what you do, avoid, feel and struggle with, so it catches where doing and feeling pull apart. And it ends in action, not a PDF: an experiment you run for 72 hours, 10 days or a month, then weigh what it gave you.
How long does it take?
The 120 questions are untimed, usually take 20 minutes, and are best done in one sitting.
What happens after I click Start Your Profile?
You check out, then answer the 120 questions online. When you finish, your results are waiting in your digital playbook, which guides your next steps. Momentum’s own site, momentumprofile.com, follows one profile through to a real experiment.
What does it cost?
On Your Own is $199 AUD: 120 questions online and your digital playbook with guided next steps. Together, at $687.80 AUD, adds three coaching sessions with me to work through your three experiments. Start on your own, and your $199 counts if you add Together later.
Who sees my results?
Your answers and results are private. They are for your own growth, and for coaching if you choose it. I never share them without your consent.
Sell your cleverness and buy bewilderment. Cleverness is mere opinion, bewilderment intuition.”
Get Unstuck
Drive was never the problem. It’s what you can’t see yet.
Usually 20 minutes, $199 AUD.
