In your clear natural state, everything effortlessly and powerfully pulls towards the fullest expression of your potency. When you do this, you step into the world to support and play a part; you become a leader.

The Stages of Potency are sequential, just like a seed becomes a tree through predictable stages which are so predictable they can be illustrated in a book. Potency works by the same natural laws; however, in the realm of Leadership, the sequence is not time-bound. The pace of evolution through the stages is related to your inner evolution. Your inner evolution is governed by your ability to surrender and let go. A lot of the work here links back to prior Potency Keys you have already read. As you proceed, you’ll keep seeing links between the keys. No one single thing or key is the magic solution, life is a rich tapestry being weaved.

As we accumulate more life experience, we may simply progress through the stages, but people often become stuck at certain points, and some never progress, while others might seem to flourish overnight. Although our paths are different, we all must pass through the same gates.
