Self-Leadership

All forms of leadership begin with you, within you. As we explore the outwardly seen leaves and branches of your visible world, we’ll locate and follow the trunk down to the ground, then explore the roots under the surface. As we navigate we’ll get to know what’s below, from what origin do the things in your life come. As you are a person of focus, courage and discipline, you’re uniquely able to hold both realms at once; the 3D world, and the world of the invisible. It’s this ability that is key, you become a bridge between worlds - this opens the potential for great change, embodied living and self-actualisation. 

We’ll move through these invisible worlds with tenderness and curiosity, and will bring healing to what we see requires support as we encounter it. Unless you have already done a lot of healing, you will be surprised by what wounds you may be carrying. We will tend to these as they are found, in a calm, open, soothing and supportive space. We’ll restore flow and health to these areas.

We will also mark clear, concrete, measurable goals and support you in connecting to your own inner wisdom. I hold you accountable to a plan that is manageable and created for you, and with you.

I may offer perspective, material and models to reference at times but my role is simply to help put you in positions where you discover your next step, to the beat of your own drum. This is your path, you walk it and show the rest of us where it goes and what you find. You always contain the answer.
