Nothing Changes if Nothing Changes.

What are you consciously changing in your life right now?
Answer this. AND, more importantly... what just happened inside you the millisecond it took to read that question? Shame? Energy? Avoidance? Excitement? If you can become gradually aware of those moments you can get to know yourself powerfully.

Let's continue...

What are you bringing in that new and fresh?
Choose invisible world over visible world here... that's where the gold is. Choose new beliefs, new feelings, new freedom, new energy. All of this then leads to visible world differences.

What are you experimenting with in your life?
Curiosity, playful newness, listening and flowing. Experiment daily, remain curious, implement and adjust. Do it from a place of play, (this will energise you) not a place of fixing and controlling (this will exhaust you).

What have you decided no longer has a place or no longer serves you?
Don't hate or shame it. Thank it for it's role in your growth and it's service to you. You are powerful, you created everything, everything serves you. What do you want to replace this thing with? What would serve you better?

As you pass over this post, read the above out loud so that it gains traction in your being. If it's in our mind only it can be slippery and we move on to the next Cat or Dance video (yes I love them too). But here in this brief moment, read this post out loud to yourself and let it apply traction in your world because if not now, then when.

If you want to take it further, note down 1-3 things which you took from reading this. Anything.

This is how new lives are built... guerrilla warfare... a little messy... gradual steps... trusting and moving forward into spaces as it opens and presents.

With love,

-Mike
